Pennsylvania’s 14 community colleges – with 26 campuses and more than 80 leased or partner sites around the state – play a vital role for the students and employers they serve, build a bridge from K-12 education to college and careers, and contribute to the Commonwealth’s economic growth and global competitiveness.   Continued state support for community colleges is essential if they are to remain a high-quality option for students to complete their first two years of postsecondary education or acquire valuable workforce skills.
