The Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges is seeking a full-time Director of Research to plan, organize and conduct research for use in aiding the understanding of community college institutional needs, determining the impact of public policy decision on community colleges and their students, and preparing data for both internal and external dissemination.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of three years of professional experience in the research, design analysis, and presentation and dissemination of data, as well as experience in designing and maintaining data repositories and databases. The candidate should possess interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with community college leadership, elected and appointed governmental officials, and other key stakeholders and must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
